In case of defects of the products purchased, the customer has the right to repair or replace the product based on numbers of products available for sale. Alternatively, the customer is entitled to cancel the contract with refund of the price paid by the customer, net of delivery costs.

For non-conforming material means material other than ordered, by number and type or defective material. The customer must keep the packaging and the delivery document.

Report the damage or defect within 3 working days of delivery of the product by email: headoffice@lelkalor.com together with photographs of the damage and documentation( confirmation of the order and the transport document)
